In 35 years of NFL history, not one team has gone undefeated during the regular season. The New England Patriots secured victory Saturday night with a 38-35 victory over the New York Giants making the Patriots the fist team in history of the NFL to go unbeaten for the regular season with a 16-0 record. The 1972 dolphins went 14-o.
For the Patriots season here are some outstanding records they broke.
Tom Brady: 50 touchdown passes.
Randy Moss - 23 catches for touchdowns.
Patriots - 71 team touchdowns.
Patriots - 569 points scored.
Patriots - 18 consecutive wins.
